Currently one of our clients, Manufacturing Medical Industry  is looking for a driven and talented Regional Sales Manager for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Central Java region.
• Able to establish business cooperation with partners (Hospital, Clinic, Doctor, etc).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare institutions, hospitals, clinics, and distributors across the Central Java.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations within Central Java.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holds Bachelor’s degree from business, management, marketing or related subject.
• Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical device or healthcare industries.
• Proven track record of successful medical device sales, especially in Central Java.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently and team player.
• Good in communication, negotiation, leadership & presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
