Currently one of our clients, Manufacturing Medical Industry  is looking for a  Production Manager for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and organizing production schedule to ensure the production process run smoothly to support with production target.
• Ensure the production process was performed in accordance with company internal SOP’s, Ministry or Health requirements, Healthy and safety requirements also other related requirement.
• Ensure the quality of the product during production has been monitored.
• Ensure production operator has good knowledge regarding machines, method, documentation and process.
• Fulfill Production department key performance indicator correctly.
• Replace the task and responsibilities of Factory Manager, if factory manager is unable to attend.
• Maintain and participate in Health Safety Environment and anticipate potential hazards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Pharmacy.
• Have at least 5 years’ work experiences as Production Manager, experienced in Medical Device Manufacturer are preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, materials management, and cost estimation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be place in Cikarang.
