Currently one of our clients, a wastewater and sewage treatment company, is looking for an OPERATIONAL MANAGER for Jakarta office, with Job Description as follow:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the projects are being delivered well in terms of quality, time, and budget.
• Monitoring wastewater treatment processes and ensuring wastewater treated at IPAL meets quality standards.
• Ensuring Aspects of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) / Safety of field workers in accordance with regulations.
• Play an active role in planning and coordinating the preparation of revenue budgets of each operational unit in a measured manner and controlling the realization of the budget efficiently and effectively.
• Check daily project reports that have been created by the project admin
  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holds a minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree.
• Has a minimum of 5 years (As Project Manager) in the Industrial field.
• Has good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read drawings, plans and determine equipment specs.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Familiar with project management software tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English required
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
