Currently one of our clients, an Automotive Engineering is looking for a driven and talented Office Administrator (3 months) for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receptionist & Telephone operator
  • Administrative support to Sales & Service Engineers (e.g business traveling, support incoming visitors)
  • General support to office (e.g. office stationary, mails, documentations expenses reporting, incoming invoices, leave record).
  • Handling incoming/outgoing shipments (tools, documents, etc.) incl import charge payment & prepare export document.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree – (English, Secretary, Business administration or related fields).
  • At least have 5 years experience.
  • Proviciency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Could manage all documents neatly.
  • Good communication, detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask.
  • Available to Join ASAP.
