Currently one of our clients, Logistic Industry  is looking for a  Logistic Specialist  for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct annual inventory counts, also Safety Stock forecast and monitoring.
• Create various reports (Customs, Shipment, Productivity, Trade Compliance, etc).
• Review quotes and documents prior to issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to expedite or defer materials as needed by stakeholders while at the same time endeavor to meet business’ demand and inventory.
• Ensure timely updates, expedite PO status, and resolve discrepancies.
• Source for third-party suppliers for products and services, negotiating prices for Tendering and Contract.
• Support cycle count process and documentation.
• Handle warehouse PO receiving processes and administrative tasks.
• Manage sales order shipping tasks in ERP.
• Sources freight services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a diploma degree or candidates without the necessary qualification but with relevant experience will be considered.
• Has a minimum of 3-5 years’ experiences in logistic.
• Knowledge of procurement activities.
• Experience in industrial products, project execution, and the aftermarket services environment.
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers on pricing and delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Preferably has knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Must have a vehicle with a valid driving license (SIM A).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and be a strong team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have proficiency in English communication, both in writing and speaking.
• Easy-going and adaptable personality.
