Currently one of our clients is looking for a driven and talented General Ledger Accountant & Reporting Supervisor for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit, train, motivate and retain team members, ensuring skills and resources are developed to meet the FSSC and business needs.
• Effectively manage all aspects of GL operations, also Analyze the team’s KPI and weak areas to find out solutions for productivity improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement.
• Continuously update self and team members on local entities GAAP, IFRS, and Group accounting and reporting knowledge, resulting in an enhanced ability as GAAP and IFRS specialists.
• On monthly basis; Perform review over manual journal entries, Perform review over monthly balance sheet reconciliations and control tasks, and Continuously check and monitor archiving quality.
• On annual basis; with FSSC General Manager will Conduct an annual FD BSR with the local entity, Perform an annual user access review.
• With the entity’s CFO/ FD, on annual basis, to perform risk analysis and define second-level control procedures as required by Sapin Law II related to Anti-Corruption.
• Perform risk analysis and identify potential risks in the processes.
• Identify potential process improvement integrate digitalization solution into existing processes, Work as interface window with IT for proper access rights management and timely system evolution.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement on process standardization, optimization and internal control level to improve service quality to customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree and above in Accounting; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years of experience in managing medium to the large team.
• Experience working in public accounting firm/ MNC is preferred.
• Be familiar with SAP/QAD/Movex M3.
• Proficient in Office software.
• Good communication and proficiency in English.
• Contract for 6 Months and Ready to Join ASAP.
