End User Desktop Engineer (Operations Support)
Currently one of our clients, an IT Services and Consulting is looking for a driven and talented End User Desktop Engineer (Operations Support) for their company in Indonesia.

- Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.
- Support IT EUC infrastructure (PC/Laptops, Tablets, Mobile devices, Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and utility applications) i.e. provisioning, installations, configurations as well as proactive monitoring and maintenance, user ID admin
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
- Perform service request related to client platforms.
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
- Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in an IT-related discipline
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least 1 years of EUC support experience
At least 1 years of devices implementation/migration/support experience - Preferably with comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, Cloning Tool and Software Distribution, Automox agent, jumpcloud agent, Zoom client, Slack client, Jira Confluence application.
- Good communications (both verbal and written) and excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia so as to communicate effectively with Indonesian customers and vendors.
