Currently one of our clients, a F&B Machinery Manufacturing is looking for a driven and talented Customer Care Manager for their company in Indonesia.

- Communicate with customers to carry out aftermarket products, activities and develop spare parts business.
- Maintain customer relation to Identification customer needs.
- Handle complaint and severe complaints by direct communication and customer facing (Visit).
- Build a strong relationship with customer.
- Follow up quotation, complaints, warranty and outstanding invoices to customer.
- Liaise with Internal team to support customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holds minimum bachelor degree from Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering preferably.
- Has minimum 5 years’ experience as Customer Service/ Customer Relation.
- Has experience working in aftersales F&B industry.
- Has experience in importation and customs.
- Excellence communication, interpersonal skills, well organized, and detail oriented.
- Good command in English both written and spoken is a must.
- Familiar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio and Internet Applications.
- Able to travel domestic.
