- Sales Targets, achieve and surpass annual territory sales targets for all profit centers, contributing to the division’s overall revenue and profit goals.
- Customer Visits, plan and conduct regular sales visits to customers in the sales region, customizing sales materials to maximize opportunities and meet financial targets.
- Customer Relationship, build and maintenance strong and comprehensive relationships with customers, ensuring sustainable, profitable, and satisfying trading with each account.
- Market Insights, gather and share market, competitors, and customers feedback, including leads that benefit from a different company channel.
- Strategic Approach, develop a strategic approach for short-, medium-, and long-term business in the territory, adapting to the evolving trading environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, experience in Academic Publishing is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A clear communicator, proficient in written and verbal communication with excellent grammar and spelling in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Consultative sales skills and a customer focused approach.
- Good analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- This role will be home-based, and will be required to travel extensively on territory and to attend conferences at certain time.
