Currently one of our clients, Manufacturing Medical Industry  is looking for a driven and talented Sustainability Manager for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a deep understanding of the ESG issues, Green Project, and CSR within the Manufacturing sector and effectively communicate insights to internal teams and the business community.
• Articulate an ESG strategy that it is directly tied to the business’ strategies and goals.
• Plan and Execute corporate sustainability initiatives and strategies.
• Improvise and execute an overall program management and change management strategy related to business initiatives/processes.
• Develop annual and long-term ESG goals in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals.
• Creates policies, guidelines related to sustainability programs affecting the environment, health, and safety of the organization.
• Engages with internal stakeholders and presenting regular sustainability reports and conduct sustainability assessments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Economics, or from any related major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, CSR, risk and/or Sustainability especially in Manufacturing Medical Industry is preferred
• Previous experience in ESG policy and engagement work is advantageous.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Good understanding and interest of current trends in Indonesia ESG, CSR, Green Project, climate, and sustainability.
• Familiar in partnering with external organizations and associations prominent in the ESG and climate space.
• Good communication in English is a must
