Currently one of our clients, an Electronic Manufacture is looking for a driven and talented Manufacturing Test Engineer for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement company test solutions in partners factories and provide onsite support for New Product Introduction builds and Mass Production.
• Monitor and drive new test equipment setup and sign off in accordance with company processes and procedures.
• Drive FPY improvement with factory.
• Work with the Manufacturing manager to drive test optimization to eliminate bottlenecks and improve UPH, positively impacting product variable costs.
• Lead factory support for test or product technical issues, and coordinate support with Manufacturing Test Development (MTD) or R&D teams.
• Work on transformation projects linked to big data and smart factory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree from Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Have experience more than 5 years in the electronic manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken is a must, other languages such as mandarin, Vietnamese, or French are a plus.
• Excellence communication, interpersonal skills, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience advantageous (not mandatory): (RF, xDSL, DOCSIS technologies and test strategies. Hardware failure analysis & debugging. Test fixture design & maintenance o C#, .NET, Python. Lean manufacturing).
