Currently one of our clients, a F&B Machinery Manufacturing is looking for a driven and talented Customer Care Manager for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with customers to carry out aftermarket products, activities and develop spare parts business.
  • Maintain customer relation to Identification customer needs.
  • Handle complaint and severe complaints by direct communication and customer facing (Visit).
  • Build a strong relationship with customer.
  • Follow up quotation, complaints, warranty and outstanding invoices to customer.
  • Liaise with Internal team to support customer needs.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Holds minimum bachelor degree from Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering preferably.
  • Has minimum 5 years’ experience as Customer Service/ Customer Relation.
  • Has experience working in aftersales F&B industry.
  • Has experience in importation and customs.
  • Excellence communication, interpersonal skills, well organized, and detail oriented.
  • Good command in English both written and spoken is a must.
  • Familiar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio and Internet Applications.
  • Able to travel domestic.
