RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In charge of office day to day activities and clerical administrative.
  • In charge of finance and accounting reports.
  • Provide direct HR administrative supports as needed including employment contracts & HR-related letters, recruiting process, supporting on-boarding process, general HR matters and employee database and payroll.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a related field, such as administrative/office management role, management or financial reporting.
  • Five (5) years’ experience directly associated with busy office environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products (to make job report).
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Start work: IMMEDIATELY
