Currently one of our clients is looking for a driven and talented Finance Manager for their company in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make sound spending and expenses strategies to increase the company’s financial wellness.
• Prepare and outline Cash Flow models into simple terms that others can work with.
• Monitor the financial performance of the company, including creating reports and presenting them to the Directors.
• Preparation and presentation of financial data. (including monthly updates, etc.). Monitor achievement against plan, advise management of deviations and recommend action plans to re-establish performance objectives in line with agreed targets.
• Acting as a business partner in cost optimization including continuous improvement programs, and also Coordinate with internal and external partners associated with the company’s financing and sales activities.
• Excellent in data analysis including reading and withdraw conclusion which lead to strategy & plan including evaluating the needs of each department in the long term.
• Manage all aspects of the company’s financial systems in accordance with agreed policies; ensuring accurate financial records are maintained, and reporting on a regular basis to the CFO and CEO.
• Closely coordinate with Sales Manager on targets and budgets for the period

REQUIREMENTS:

• Having 4 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Project Management, and/or Banking.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy or related discipline
• Proactive, team player, fast learner.
• Willing to go to Head Quarter Office and Distribution Center in West Jakarta and Tangerang on a needed basis.
• Familiar with Multi Finance, Working Capital Financing, and Cash Flow Management.
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel.
