Office Administrator
Currently one of our clients, an Automotive Engineering is looking for a driven and talented Office Administrator (3 months) for their company in Indonesia.

- Receptionist & Telephone operator
- Administrative support to Sales & Service Engineers (e.g business traveling, support incoming visitors)
- General support to office (e.g. office stationary, mails, documentations expenses reporting, incoming invoices, leave record).
- Handling incoming/outgoing shipments (tools, documents, etc.) incl import charge payment & prepare export document.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree – (English, Secretary, Business administration or related fields).
- At least have 5 years experience.
- Proviciency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Could manage all documents neatly.
- Good communication, detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask.
- Available to Join ASAP.
