End User Computing (EUC) Operations Analyst (Team Lead)
Currently one of our clients, an IT Services and Consulting is looking for a driven and talented End User Computing (EUC) Operations Analyst/Lead for their company in Indonesia.

- To lead and manage desktop support team.
- Assist in day-to-day operation of the desktop support team
- Support IT EUC infrastructure (PC/Laptops, Tablets, Mobile devices, Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and utility applications) i.e. provisioning, installations, configurations as well as proactive monitoring and maintenance, user ID admin.
- Responsible for the system design, implementation, testing, managing and maintenance of proposed system
- Work closely with the team to meet system delivery milestones
- Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team.
- Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
- Carry out other technical related duties that may be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent
field is required for this position.
o At least 2 years of EUC support experience
o At least 1 years of devices implementation/migration/support experience - Preferably with comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, Cloning Tool and Software Distribution, Automox agent, jumpcloud agent, Zoom client, Slack client, Jira Confluence application.
- Able to work effectively within guidelines, policies, procedures and execute guided instructions with minimal supervision.
- Good communications (both verbal and written) and excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia so as to communicate effectively with Indonesian customers and vendors.
